These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tidy Detailing website and the services we provide. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates & quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide and a visual assessment of the property. Significant differences in actual conditions (size, surface condition, access, additional staining) may require an updated quote before work begins.

Scheduling & weather

Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. We may reschedule for rain, lightning, or unsafe wind without penalty. We will give you as much notice as possible.

Property access & utilities

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and a working outdoor water source. If utilities are unavailable when we arrive, a trip charge may apply.

Customer responsibilities

• Close all windows and doors prior to service.
• Move vehicles, patio items, and fragile décor away from work areas.
• Disclose loose siding, damaged screens, broken seals, leaks, or known electrical issues.
• Secure pets indoors during service.

Pre-existing conditions

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to faulty seals, oxidized paint, loose mortar, deteriorated wood, improperly installed siding or shingles, or interior leaks resulting from such conditions. Some stains (oxidation, deep rust, paint overspray, etching) may not fully come out.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, check, ACH and Zelle for commercial accounts. Past-due balances may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 3 days of service and we will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional cost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Insurance

Tidy Detailing is licensed and insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Website use

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
